Hello PSSSB Aspirants,
This post is not
about any result or new update about PSSSB Typing Exam. I am just sharing some
of the views happening at present after the result of the exams.
Soon after the
result was declared, the entire cleared one was happy that they got cleared in
the exam. But all those were sad who was fail in the exam. But they already
know their result. Now the basic trend that started was like this.
1.) All those who were failed started saying that
the software was wrong because it showed 50,80 etc mistakes of candidates whose
speed was above 40 wpm. They all get united and visited the board and shouted
there, that the software was faulty. But board accepted their reviews and didn’t
ignored it. Why? Because they want that every student should be satisfied in
every aspect of exam.
But
as you all know in Punjab, "loka nu hath pakdao tan oh baah fadan nu
aounde ne." as someone mentioned this thing on fb, and it is right too.
So,
the board started giving their printouts but still no one was ready to accept
that they are wrong and still blaming that the software is wrong.
Answer to this
thing:- Dear friends, typing was not only based on speed, it was also based on
rules and techniques. Teacher in the lab was shouting again and again that you
should not press any key while using repeat and just click on repeat.
But all those who were thinking that they are that much intelligent that they knows everything and their speed is also above 40, they just pressed enter or space and their mistakes started from that part. Secondly, it’s a rule in Punjabi to use MATRA'S that which one should be put first and which on second. But none bothered of this too.

Board just wanted 300 wpm,
rather than showing your speed of 450wpm, you also have the option to type 325
words and find your mistakes. Because 310 wpm, and 440 wpm, both are passed. That’s
it. So, then the software company members came, and they made all the
candidates satisfied and finally all of them got to know their mistakes.
2.) When the merit list was out, second topic was
started by other candidates, that is of low percentage. Board has already
mentioned in its notification that the merit will be purely on graduation
based. And the B.Tech students were on the main focus that they score high by
assessment. Dear friends, Assessment doesn’t play that important role. Its all
about written too. During your time of ba or other field, you were not that
attentive and dedicated towards study as they were and they score good marks. So,
its of no issue related to graduation field anyone chooses.
3.) Thirdly, all low percentage started for written
exam. If you are that much prepared for written exam then why don’t you try for
ssc and ibps. Why you have wasted 7 months here on just typing and typing.
Better study that and till now you should have cleared SBI Clerk easily because
7 months are more than enough. But no, they want written only in this exam, as
they are very sure that they will clear it.
4.) Another issue, which started recently, is of merit
based on speed and accuracy. Great to the thinking of these people. If it was
on speed and accuracy then board hasn't mentioned about one particular
specified speed. Then it have already mentioned that the one whose speed and
accuracy will be high, he/she will be appointed. But be mature yar. Everyone is
not like you. That great to type 450 words in 10 minutes. Board have to see all
the students equal and have to set a particular level in which all can face the
exam. But no, they are mad.
5.) Last issue which students raised is of posts
increasing, Which is somewhere right too. But, friends atleast see this that
from 500, board has increased the post till 2700. And if there will be more
requirement, they will do by themselves. Why you all are saying like this. If board
says that now there is vacancy of 2500 posts, and we are decreasing it. Then??
When they increased then no one is having any problem because its for our
benefit. Let the board do their work according to them.
So, at last I just want to say that all those who are publishing news of
no matter please don’t believe on them. And for all those who are publishing
these news, try to understand the condition of the board. They have to keep
their standards, rules and regulations, everything. Its just useless thing that
the merit should be prepared on the basis of speed and accuracy as they have to
keep all the students equal. Don’t post these bullshit news which are of no
use. And all are treating board like they are paying salary to board for
recruitment. Let they finish their project of recruitment.
And please don’t try to create pressure on board as they can do anything
they want. We cant challenge them. So, please be calm and wait what happens
during counseling. Most probably on 8th of july, they will upload
the counseling schedule. So be ready with your documents and all the best to
all of you.

ReplyDeleteWell said dear..... u touched all aspects, but in second Point who gave u the right to say that those who are not in merit list and secured Less percentage - were not serious or hardworking.... Check in list there are students of BA, BCom, BSC and other streams who are having 60% to 65% but might be won't get job.......... Sach kihaa kisse siyanne ne - Je Chaa vich makhi gir gayi ta CHAA sut do.... te je Desi Gheo ch makhi gir gayi ta makhi sut do....... MAKHI SAME HAI SOCH BADAL Gayi ohnaa di jinna nu DESI GYO (JOB) MIL GYA
ReplyDeletesorry if I hurt your sentiments. But I am not pointing or saying any thing wrong for some one. I am just saying that Why the issue is with Btech students. Then, the one who got 90% in BA in their times of 80's, Us time ta sifarish v bhut chaldi c and udo eni strictness kithe hundi c. All know this. So education is same for all, all streams, everything. If we study hard, we score good. If not then we don't. Try to get my point what I am saying. I supporting no one. Neither high percentage and neither low one. I am just putting some things on behalf of others. And you are asking me that who gave me the right to say, But u didnt saw that what things people are doing now days. ya you are right according to your proverb and see where it fits well.

I appreciate your analysis about the entire Burning Issue of society and if these guys are allowed they will open the WAR... I am also not supporting High or Low Percentage... Deserving will get what he/she deserves but as you are Voice of Others and neutral WHY you are highlighting one Side of 1980's time as 90% aunde si BA ch v... sifarish v... no stricness.. corruption etc etc.... Why u have not highlighted that 1980 vich Opportunties vi Bhaut Ghat si... Donation De ke addmissions nhi mildiyaa si.... Only Meritorius students get seat and other become dropper... AND UDDO v corruption in other words PAISE de ke log job lag jande si.... Try to get my point what I am saying.. exactly my question still stands valid who gave u RIGHT? its better to be neutral as you and I are not JUDGE to judge anything and my proverb fits to those who are just doing CARPE DIEM even if their instinct does not allows them
DeleteAbove all ........... Your reply to my comments shows that you are on B.Tech Student side... As i have considered all streams BA, BCom, BSc and not used word B.Tech............ in your reply you started with B.Tech and gave arguments on BA only which clearly support of B.Tech.........

I just talked about what people were discussing after type result, that they cant sit quitely and wait wat happens next according to board. They just need a new issue everyday to talk about. you can see it yourself too. The talk started from where, and now it is where. Like. started from ba, btech, then written, then post increasing, then merit according to speed, accuracy. what is this. I am talking about this. The one who deserve will get the job. thats it. and why only in punjab there is discussion after every exam whether written or typing. Ibps, ssc, upsc ch tan koi raula he ni, har sal exam hunde una de. kuki ethe mostly inj sochde ne v j nai hoya sada, tan dubara he hoje kise tarike nal. Writ paa do, dubara hoju, kam nibdu. And ehi j centre de exam ch howe, tan result dekh k chup chap beth jande ne and agle exam d tyari shuru kr dinde ne. Atleast b mature, jo criteria bnya, board nu oh follow krn do. kise paase tan jee laindo pb d recruitment nu. And atleast una bare v socho jhre clear ne te jina da last year hai. koi kise bare sochda. nai!! sab nu apni payi v kuch hoje bas. pb he hai. sab chlda ethe tan.
ReplyDeleteHello, I need to Add something. As you said assessment would not play any role in marks. I am the solid proof of it. My graduction is in Bsc(60). But post graduction (MCA) with 76% 0f marks. In my MCA, I haven't that hardworking as I was in my graduction even I scored more in that because of assessment. And one more thing its not about B.Tech its about the university. If you did your B.tech from PTU then with 5-6 supplies you can score 75%. In GNDU Uni. Topper would not get this much of %.
